Privacy Policy

Hamniva does not sell personal data. Core workspace features can be used locally without creating an account. Cloud and AI features operate only when you choose to use them.

Scope

This policy explains how the Hamniva website, Chrome extension and related services collect, use, share and protect information.

Information processed

• Account data: email address, display name, profile image, authentication state and subscription status when you create an account.
• Workspace content: quick links, bookmark folders, bookmarks, tasks, notes, calendar events and settings you choose to store or synchronize.
• AI requests: prompts, responses, conversation history, selected model and generated media when you use AI features.
• Optional page context: page title, URL, description, selected text, visible page text and up to eight Google result summaries only when the Pro Browser Companion is enabled and you open or invoke it.
• Payments: order identifiers, selected product, amount, payment status and public blockchain transaction identifiers. Hamniva never requests or stores wallet passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
• Diagnostics and usage: limited feature events, error state and advertising impressions or clicks used to operate, secure and improve the service.

Local and cloud storage

Guest workspace data is stored in your browser. If you sign in, supported content is synchronized to Hamniva’s backend. Local actions are applied immediately and may synchronize in the background. When signed out, you control whether local content remains visible on that screen.

Browser permissions

• Storage keeps local workspace data and preferences.
• Scripting supports the optional Browser Companion.
• Website access is optional and requested only when a Pro user explicitly enables Browser Companion. It is used to display the companion and collect context only when invoked. Access can be removed in Hamniva or Chrome settings.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, synchronize content, deliver AI results, verify payments, display and measure clearly labeled advertisements, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

Hamniva uses service providers only as needed to operate requested functionality. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, Resend for transactional email, Open-Meteo for weather, Nager.Date for public holidays, configured AI model providers for AI requests, and payment or public blockchain services for payment verification. Each provider processes only the data needed for its function under its own terms and privacy practices.

Advertising

Free users may see clearly labeled sponsored placements. Hamniva records limited impression and click events to operate advertising. We do not sell personal information or create cross-site advertising profiles.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you remove it or clear extension/browser storage. Cloud data remains while your account is active or as needed for security, legal and operational purposes. You may request account and associated cloud-data deletion by emailing support@hamniva.com.

Security

Hamniva uses encrypted network connections, access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. No system is completely secure; protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

Children

Hamniva is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
